– Uses: This resistance band is focused on Shoulder strength/mobility for injury prevention, arm whip, forearm strength and speed and leg and hip acceleration and deceleration.
The Armpro bands are used for multiple areas of the pitchers body such as; increasing shoulder stability while also developing shoulder strength and mobility, whip speed and explosiveness off the mound. The Armpro bands are multifunctional for warmups and conditioning. The Arm Pro Band is extremely versatile and can be used for the upper body and lower body.

Advanced (RED) - Recommended for Ages 13 & Up (High School and Travel Teams)

– Uses: Lower half explosiveness
The Kinetic bands will improve the pitchers explosiveness off of the mound and mechanical foundation. A Pitchers ability to stay “stacked” throughout a pitchers drive and finish are crucial for speed,accuracy and development. The Kinetic bands are a great tool to be used as a strength development tool with training exercises and pitching drills. Arm Pro bands serves as a multifunctional resistance band for conditioning with pitching and working out.
Choose the level for your size:
LEVEL 1 - Recommended for Ages 12 and Under (or smaller users who weigh less than 110 pounds or 50 kg)
Includes 4 sets of resistance bands, The bands in this package are shorter than our standard set and come with 1 longer band (attach to the front D-rings on both leg straps) and 1 shorter band (attach to the back D-rings on both leg straps). The shorter bands ensure youth or small framed athletes get the correct resistance.
LEVEL 2 - Recommended for Ages 13 and Over (or average sized users who weigh 110 pounds (50 kg) or more)
Includes 4 sets of resistance bands. Each set of resistance bands contains 1 long band (placed in front) and 1 short band (placed in back).
Mini Loop Hip Bands
– Uses: Lower half strength and mobility
The mini loop hip bands are a great way to focus on hip strength and mobility. Weak hips and a lack of mobility can cause speed leaks and injuries with pitchers of all ages. Use the hip bands with pitching drills and at home exercises to strengthen your pitching foundation.
Acceleration Speed Cord
– Uses: Core and lower half work for acceleration and deceleration
The Acceleration Speed Cord is a very multifunctional opportunity for development with both pitching drills and exercises.Players will improve their core and lower half explosiveness off the mound. Players have the ability to use the deceleration pitching drill to learn how to correctly absorb energy into your plant leg and core. The acceleration speed cord can be used attached to your waist and legs for an added bonus! Pitchers can isolate their drive and stride leg for acceleration and deceleration work. There’s a ton of additional uses such as sprints, agility work and extra conditioning all to improve your pitching foundation.
